Exporting the heatmap report as a PDF
If you’d like to export the information available into a PDF file, you are able to generate this document from the export option available in the top-right part of the screen.
Exporting your heatmap data as a PDF report can be done through the “Export” button available in the top-right corner of the page.
The Export report option, allowing you to generate a PDF document based on the selected filters.
Similar to filtering your heatmap report, a popup window will then appear, where you will be able to select the timeframe for which you would like to have the project statuses exported. Additionally, you can also filter the exported projects for a specific department.
The generated PDF document might contain additional project information besides the data available in the online report that your workspace administrator chosed to be displayed here. The columns marked with “*” in the PDF export are required monthly in the status reporting.
